    尊敬的组委会主席，各位委员，在场的选手，主办方和各位来宾！

    On behalf of Ukrainian Welding Society I greet all colleagues on profession, who gathered here, with opening “2012 ARC Cup International Welding Competition”!

    我谨代表乌克兰焊接协会，向参加“2012嘉克杯国际焊接大赛”开幕式各位专业同行，致以最亲切的问候！

    Representatives of Ukraine take part for the first time in welding competition in China. There are four competitors (on one competitor in every nomination) in our delegation. Two our competitors are the prizewinners of national welding competition of last year.

    本次比赛是乌克兰代表第一次参加的在中国举办的焊接大赛。我们的代表队共有4名选手。其中有两名在去年的全国焊接大赛中获奖。

    We know about the great work which Organizing Committee carried out for preparation of competition. It is very important event in popularization of profession of welder for all welding societies. We believe in success of competition and hope that it will be traditional and biggest in Asia.

    乌克兰代表队理解组委会为大赛的筹划准备付出的心血。本次比赛对于在各个焊接协会间推广专业焊接技能十分重要。我们相信比赛定会取得全满成功，同时期待比赛能成为全亚洲最大的焊接行业的传统盛会。

    In Ukraine every year the competition of welders-professionals is carried on without limitation of their maximal age. Representatives of Russia and Belarus take part also in these competitions. The competition is carried on always in August in city Odessa near Black Sea. We shall be glad to see welders from other countries among participants of our competition.

    在乌克兰，每年的焊接专业技能比赛没有设定最大年龄限制。来自俄罗斯和白俄罗斯的代表们也会参加这些比赛。比赛通常在8月份举行，地点设在黑海沿岸的奥德赛市。我们很欣慰地看到其他国家的选手来参与乌克兰的比赛。

    Representatives of Ukraine take part often in welding competitions in Russia and Belarus and also in international competition of young (up to 20 years) welders in Czekh. Now we shall put efforts to take part in welding competition in China always.

    同样，乌克兰代表也经常参加俄罗斯和白俄罗斯举办的比赛，以及在捷克举办的20岁以下参赛者参与的国际比赛。如今，我们同样需要加强参与在中国举办的焊接竞赛。

    Welding competitions help to develop and to perfect the methodology of personnel training in every country. Competitions and exhibitions assist to strengthening of collaboration between welding societies of various countries. I have not doubts that we obtain much of useful information on this forum.

    焊接比赛能够帮助培养和完善各国专业人才的焊接方法，此类竞赛和展会都有助于加强各国焊接协会间的合作。我很肯定乌克兰代表队定会从此次比赛和交流中受益良多。

    Using this case I should like to note that many of Ukrainian and Chinese organizations and companies have long and successful collaboration. New Chinese-Ukrainian Institute of Welding was established in China during last year. I am sure that these good traditions of collaboration will be continued.

    我想借此机会表示， 许多乌克兰与中国的机构和公司都有着长期的成功的合作。去年在中国，新的中乌焊接学会成立，我相信，这些良好的合作传统一定会继续下去。

    I thank the Organizing Committee for big efforts in preparation of welding competition and I wish to welders-competitors the hard hand and the honest struggle for victory!
